As a young family, we have enjoyed relaxing breaks away from home and the office, and the 7 Lakes Country Park, just a short drive away, has been perfect for us.
We run several businesses from home, so when the opportunity came for us to own a static caravan in a beautiful country park, we jumped at the chance. The park has plenty of things to see and do, both on-site and nearby, for our little girl.
We are the proud owners of this van, and it is a rare style in the park, with only 1 other like it. The plot is also larger than most. The caravan is side-facing for privacy, and in the summer, we always enjoyed chilling out on the decking whilst taking in the sunset right on our doorstep.  
The caravan is spacious yet cosy, and since we bought it new in 2020, it has been an unforgettable part of our lives. We have always kept the caravan extremely clean, even when it’s not in use. 89 Woodlands has been our home from home, and we have made some amazing memories with our family and friends. Sadly, it's time for us to move on, and so we are now open to offers from around £25,000. We are in no real rush, but we respectfully ask that anyone interested only enquire if they are serious buyers.  This is a truly magical place, and the van will be a spectacular holiday home for the right people.
