Good news
What you could own
Now the bit nobody shows you
Knowing what you can buy is the easy half. The half that actually decides whether you love it is where you end up on the park, and what a year really costs once the site fee, the rates, the insurance and the gas are in.
Seven Lakes is 220 acres with ten lakes and ten different areas, and they are not the same. Some are on the water with your own fishing peg. Some are three minutes from the pub. Some are the quietest corner of the park with a forest walk behind them. The site fee changes with it, from £3,925 to £6,500.
Answer a few more and we will tell you which one is your best all round fit, and what your year would honestly cost.
